"All Falls Down" - Kanye West

I went swimming yesterday and might go again today. I just realized, before I came here, I used to hesitate or not get into the water cuz everyone else wasn't getting in or preferred "resting" or wading around. Now, if its damn hot, I'll get in, regardless of what anybody else is doing. And if I wanna get out, then I'll get out.

It all makes sense, and yet I don't understand why I was so self-conscious before. Maby its the communal lifestyle here that makes me used to undressing/dressing/seeing other ppl do the same on a daily basis. Maby its the fact that there's a large array of different body shapes/sizes that's rarely found in Milpitas. Maby its the extreme weather that overcomes all self-imposed barriers.

Needless to say, I can walk down the street or hang out in the park in just my tiny bikini or underwear and honostly, yes honestly, not care what anyone else is thinking. Of course, I'm living in a college town and nothing is ever too out of the ordinary.
