Usually when I make a new background, I'd upload it full-size to photobucket and there would be no problem. Now photobucket doesn't let me upload gigantic sized jpeg files anymore, and if I do, it automatically shrinks it 50% the size of a typical monitor. Fack. When I stretched my background using html, it looked even more retarded. So either I get a shrunken or blurry background. Until I figure it out, the template shall do for now.
